Robyn has been a dedicated member of the Scott Conference Center team since 2019. From the start, she has brought a strong work ethic, exceptional organization, and a detail-driven mindset to every event. She began her journey as a catering server, where she quickly learned the ins and outs of food service, guest needs, and event flow. As a result of her reliability and leadership, she stepped into an event planning role in 2021. Today, she enjoys helping clients bring their events to life.
With a degree in biology, Robyn takes a structured, methodical approach to event planning. Because of this, she rarely overlooks even the smallest detail. Her background strengthens her ability to manage logistics, anticipate challenges, and keep events running smoothly from start to finish. Whether she’s coordinating timelines, organizing room setups, or timing buffets just right, she leads each event with confidence and precision.
On event days, Robyn moves seamlessly throughout the venue. She finalizes details, checks in with vendors, and makes last-minute adjustments to ensure everything runs flawlessly. At the same time, her calm presence and sharp eye for detail help clients feel at ease, knowing their event is in capable hands.
Outside of work, Robyn stays busy with her husband and three children. Whenever she finds a quiet moment, she enjoys painting, flower gardening, and photography.
