Robyn has been a dedicated member of the Scott Conference Center team since 2019. She brings a strong work ethic, exceptional organization, and a detail-driven mindset to every event she oversees. She began her journey as a catering server, where she gained experience with food service, guest needs, and event flow. Her reliability and leadership skills led her into an event planning role in 2021. She now happily helps clients bring their events to life.
With a degree in biology, Robyn approaches event planning with a structured, methodical mindset that ensures nothing is overlooked. Her background has sharpened her ability to manage details, anticipate challenges, and keep events running smoothly from start to finish. From coordinating timelines and room setups to ensuring buffets are perfectly timed, Robyn commands an orderly event with confidence and precision.
On event days, you’ll often see Robyn moving seamlessly throughout the venue: finalizing details, checking in with vendors, and making last-minute adjustments to guarantee a flawless guest experience. Her calm presence and impeccable eye for detail allow clients to relax, knowing their event at SCC is in capable, experienced hands.
Outside of work, Robyn stays just as busy at home with her three children, her husband, and her pup, Darcy. When she finds a quiet moment, she enjoys painting, flower gardening, and photography.
