Is parking free at Scott Conference Center?

Yes! Parking is always free for guests. You’ll have access to Lot 9, located directly south of our main entrance across Pine Street. It’s safe, convenient, and included with every event.

Does Scott Conference Center offer Wi-Fi?

Yes. Enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire venue for meetings, conferences, and special events.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! Our culinary team can provide meals for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free guests. Just include dietary needs when you submit your final guest count (one week before your event).

Can Scott Conference Center host virtual or hybrid events?

Yes! Our AV team can connect to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other streaming platforms, making it simple to host hybrid or fully virtual events.

Can I ship materials ahead of time?

Yes, you can ship event materials (like posters or centerpieces) up to two days before your event. Label each item with your event name and date. Items must be picked up within two days after your event unless other arrangements are made.

Can I tour the venue?

We’d love to show you around! Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend scheduling a tour with an event coordinator for the best experience.

Can guests take leftover food home?

Due to health and safety regulations, leftover food remains the property of Scott Conference Center and cannot be taken off-site. We always prepare meals based on your guaranteed guest count so everyone enjoys a full dining experience.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No, outside alcohol is not allowed. All beverages must be provided by 1316 Jones Street, the licensed vendor for our venue. Outside alcohol found on-site may result in event termination per liquor laws.
