Chef Adam Miller


Adam began cooking alongside his mother as young boy.  From these happy experiences, his interest in the culinary arts grew into his career.

Adam is formally trained from Iowa Western’s Culinary Program with 20+ years in restaurants and event catering.  Adam has held almost every position within a kitchen from a busboy to Executive Chef.

Adam has been with Scott Conference Center since 2014.

The entire team was exceptional, from the advance AV and logistics planning to the catering ideas to the over-the-top onsite support and kindness!
