Favorite Menu Item: Apple Walnut Blue Cheese Salad

Lily has a profound enthusiasm for fostering positive human interactions and takes great satisfaction in seeing guests unwind and establish connections at events. Her passion for creating unique guest experiences grew while she worked at the Campus Grind on UNOs Scott campus. After graduation, Lily chose to keep her employment on campus and move across the street to the Scott Conference Center.

When not working she enjoys spending her free time in the company of friends and family, visiting local coffee shops, and exploring nearby thrift stores.
