Lily brings a genuine passion for people and connection to her role at Scott Conference Center, where she plays an important part in creating welcoming event experiences in Omaha. With a deep appreciation for positive human interaction, Lily finds true fulfillment in watching guests relax, engage, and form meaningful connections during meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events.

Her enthusiasm for hospitality began while working at the Campus Grind during her college years on the UNO Scott Campus. There, she developed a strong foundation in customer service, learning how thoughtful details and friendly service can completely shape a guest’s experience. After graduating, Lily chose to continue working on campus and took the next step in her career by joining the team at Scott Conference Center. This seamless transition allowed her to deepen her connection to the campus community while expanding her skills in event services and guest relations.

At Scott Conference Center, Lily is known for her calm, friendly energy and attentive approach. She has a natural ability to put guests at ease, whether she’s assisting with event logistics, answering questions, or offering a reassuring presence during busy moments. Her approachable demeanor helps create a relaxed, professional environment that allows clients and attendees to focus on what matters most: connecting, collaborating, and enjoying the event.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, discovering local coffee shops around Omaha, and exploring nearby thrift stores.
