Jerrica likes to refer to herself as a Hospitality Extraordinaire! From housekeeping and dishwashing to serving and bartending to managing, she has done it all. No task is below what she’s willing to do to make your event amazing! After graduating with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, she moved full time into a Banquet Manager/Wedding Planner position at Chez Hay Catering. She’s been planning events professionally for 13 years and nothing makes her happier than seeing you at ease and happy on your big day.

When not working, Jerrica loves to go antiquing and thrifting with her husband, cuddle with their two pups, make jewelry, volunteer at the Humane Society, and travel for great food.

The entire team was exceptional, from the advance AV and logistics planning to the catering ideas to the over-the-top onsite support and kindness!
