Darrin Dukart has more than 34 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, including quick service and casual dining restaurants, as well as college dining. He joined Scott Conference Center (SCC) in 2003.
Under Dukart’s direction, SCC has seen extraordinary growth, more than tripling revenue and has had an employee retention rate above 90%. Most recently, Dukart oversaw an addition and remodel of the existing conference center space. In 2007, Dukart was recognized as a Midlands Business Journal 40 Under 40 Winner.
Dukart believes the greatest measure of success is creating customers for life. He truly feels there hasn’t been a day that he isn’t excited to go to work because of the people he works with and the company’s culture.
When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, and their three college age children. As empty nesters they enjoy exploring local Omaha restaurants and traveling.
